摘　　要：介绍了一个基于DSP、单片机及VB的电能质量监测及管理系统。该系统主要包括前端机与后台机两部分。本文主要阐述后台监测及管理软件的实现。其主要功能包括数据接收、实时监测、报表打印、历史数据统计以及数据上传等功能。探讨了如何用VB进行通讯编程及数据管理。The thesis introduces a monitor and management system on electric energy quality based on DSP,MCU,and VB.The system includes front-placed part and backstage part.The thesis mainly expatiates on how to design the software of monitor and management system.Its main function includes data receiving,data monitoring,report printing,history data statistics,and data transmission.The paper discusses how to design a program to realize communication and data management by means of VB language.
