摘　　要：磷酸奥司他韦是治疗流行性感冒的神经氨酸酶抑制剂,本文主要介绍了其抗病毒的作用机制、药动学、适应证及用法用量,并对其临床疗效、药物经济学、不良反应进行了评价。与现有同类治疗药物比较,磷酸奥司他韦对流行性感冒的疗效最好,早期使用可提高疗效。Oseltamivir is an inhibitor of neuraminidase enzyme of influenza virus. In this article, the action mechanism, pharmacokinetics, clinical efficacy, safety, tolerability and antiviral activity of oseltamivir for prevention and the early treatment of influenza are summarized. It is concluded that early oral administration of oseltamivir improves the effectiveness of influenza treatment. [
