摘 要:目的考察温度、浓度、光照、pH值对川芎提取液稳定性的影响及川芎提取液对兔血小板聚集功能的影响。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定川芎提取液相对浓度,体外法和体内法测定血小板聚集功能。结果温度和光照对川芎提取液稳定性影响较大,pH值有一定影响,川芎提取液浓度对稳定性影响不大。10%川芎提取液对血小板聚集功能有影响。结论川芎提取液的pH值宜定在5左右,采用低温避光保存法,以保证其制剂质量和临床疗效。10%川芎提取液对血小板聚集功能的抑制作用可能有剂量关系。Objective:To investigate the influence of temperature, concentration, light and pH value on stability of Chuanxiong extract and its influence on rabbit's blood platelet aggregation function. Methods: Concentration of Chuanxiong extract was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Rabbit's platelet aggregation was measured by in vivo and in vitro methods. Results:Temperature and light had obvious influence on stability of Chuanxiong extract, and pH value had certain influence, but concentration of chuanxiong extract had little influence. The rabbit's platelet aggregation induced by ADP in in vivo method was influenced by 10% Chuanxiong extract, but the aggregation induced by ADP in in vitro method was not influenced by it. Conclusion: Chuanxiong extract should be kept at low temperature, protecting from light and its optimal pH is about 5. Chuanxiong extract may have inhibitory effect on rabbit's platelet aggregation function with dose related. [
