摘　　要：目的建立测定齐留通中有机溶剂环己烷、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷和甲苯含量的顶空气相色谱法。方法采用10%FFAP(聚乙二醇硝基苯)+1%H3PO3(183cm×2mm)填充柱、程序升温和外标的方法。结果各组分的线性关系良好(r>0.9990),回收率均在95%～105%,最低检测限分别为31.00、63.00、9.00、13.00和8.70ng。结论该方法操作简单、实用,结果准确可靠。Objective:To establish a headspace gas chromatography for determination of the contents of residual organic solvents in zileuton. Methods: A packed column (10% FFAP+1%H 3PO 3, 183 cm×2 mm) was used with procedual column temperature control. Results: The calibration curves of 5 solvents hexamethylene, ethanol, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane and methyl benzene were linear ( r >0.999 0). The average recovery rates were 95% 105%. The minimal detection limits were 31.00, 63 00, 9.00, 13.00, 8.70 ng for above 5 solvents, respectively. Conclusion: This analytic method is simple, practical and accurate. [
