摘  要:沉砂卡套铣管柱是在取换套修井中经常发生的事故,处理不当会严重影响修井速度,增加修井成本,甚至造成修井作业失败。根据钻井力学理论建立了沉砂卡套铣管柱的力学模型,详细分析了沉砂卡套铣管柱的主要影响因素。在此基础上,结合现场实际给出了预防沉砂卡套铣管柱的技术措施,为今后的取换套修井作业提供了理论依据。The settling sand sticking of milling pipe string happen frequently in casing retrieving and replacing wells, if improperly dealt, the operation can seriously affect the workover speed, increase the remedy cost, even result in workover failure. Based on the theory of drilling mechanism, the mechanism model of the settling sand's sticking to milling pipe string has been presented in this paper, and the causes of influence to the settling sand's sticking to milling pipe string have been analyzed in detail. Moreover, the prevention measures for settling sand's sticking to milling pipe string are put forward by combining the practices, which can lay the theoretical foundation for remedial services in the casing retrieving and replacing wells in the future.
