灰钙粉在建筑涂料中应用的深化研究

摘　　要：灰钙粉是一种能够赋予涂料良好耐水、耐洗刷性和增强涂料其它物理力学性能的活性填料,研究中分别解决了将灰钙粉应用于合成树脂乳液类涂料中的增稠问题和涂料的储存稳定性问题。配制的涂料技术性能达到GB/T9756—2001(优等品)和GB18582—2001要求,且涂料流平性及涂膜手感好,成本低。并对灰钙粉提高涂料性能的机理提出新的解释。Ash-calcium-powder is active filler that can improve water-resistance, scrub-resistance, and other physical and mechanical properties of the paint. The thickening and storage stability of the paint are solved respectively in the research of applying ash-calcium-powder to synthetic resin emulsion paint. The technical features of the paint can meet the demands of GB/T 9750-2001(first rate) and GB 18582-2001, its leveling and tactile impression are good, and its cost is low. The new explanation is made on mechanism of improving properties of paint with ash-calcium-powder.
