小康社会政治文明建设目标选择

摘　　要：小康社会政治文明建设的进程相对滞后、实现程度不均衡、水平较低。因而 ,小康社会政治文明目标选择必须考虑内生态与外生态的系统相对平衡 ,从而使得政治文明建设按照积极的路径依赖方向 ,走出政治发展消极闭锁的状态。据此 ,小康社会政治文明建设的目标选择以及价值认定 :一是小康社会政治文明是人类政治文明的重要组成部分 ;二是小康社会政治文明具有中国特色 ;三是小康社会政治文明建设必须进行同质和特质目标选择。The course of the political civilization construction in our well-off society is relatively low. The objective choice for it must consider the relative balance between internal ecological and external ecological systems so that it can get out of the negative and close state of the political development towards the positive way of dependence. So the objective and valuable choice for the political civilization construction in our well-off society should include the following contents: firstly, the political civilization in our well-off society is an important part of human civilization; secondly, it must possess our Chinese characteristics; lastly, the objective choice for it must have both common and special qualities at the same time.
