摘　　要：对熏衣草组织培养增殖和生根进行初步研究的结果表明 :外植体类型、外源激素种类及浓度对增殖有显著影响 ,其中第一节段增殖系数最高 ;6 BA1mg/L+IBA0 .1mg/L 最有利于芽的增殖 ;MS+NAA0 .5 m g/L 最适诱导生根。The proliferation and rooting in tissue culture of common lavender (Lavandula vera L.) were studied. The results showed the proliferation was effected by the explants from different parts of the seedling, and the kinds and the concentration of hormone. The highest ratio of the proliferation was got from the first part of the stem. The MS + 1mg / L 6-BA + 0.1mg / L IBA was the most suitable medium for the proliferation of the adventitious buds, and for the rooting of the plant was MS + 0.5 mg / L NAA.
