摘 要:采用人工喷雾接种方法对44份大豆新品种(系)接种了东北流行的灰斑病7号生理小种,并进行了鉴定。鉴定结果表明:免疫品种仅1份(钢95144 1),占2 0%;抗病品种15份,占34 1%;中抗品种19份,占43 2%;中感品种3份,占6 8%;感病品种4份,占9 1%;高感品种2份,占4 5%。提出可做为抗灰斑病育种抗源利用的免疫及抗病品种共16份。By spraying the inoculants, an epidemic biological race of frogeye leaf spot (Cercospora sojina Hara)in Northeast China, race 7, was inoculated into 44 soybean cultivars in 2003. The results indicated that only one of the cultivars, Gang 95144-1, was immune, the percentage of which accounted for 2% of the total attended cultivars. The resistant, mid-resistant, mid-susceptible, susceptible and high-susceptible cultivars were 15, 19,3, 4 and 2, respectively. These percentages accounted for 34.1%, 43.2%, 6.8%, 9.1% and 4.5%, respectively of the total cultivars. 16 cultivars were suggested as the resource soybean varieties of resisting the frogeye leaf spot.
