向日葵菌核病菌接种方法试验

摘　　要：采用纯培养菌丝块、向日葵立枯型菌丝和子囊孢子等材料及伤口和非伤口2种方法接种,对向日葵菌核病菌的田间接种材料和接种方法进行了试验。结果表明:用立枯型菌丝茎秆制成菌丝签接种效果最佳,子囊孢子接种效果最差。Four materials, pure mycelia piece, sunflower wilt type mycelia and ascospores were used to inoculate Sclerotinia sclerotiorum by the two methods of wound and non-wound. The results showed that the inoculation results were the best when mycelia pick made of wilt type mycelia stem were used while the inoculation results were the worst when ascospores were used.
