摘 要:试验研究了大豆植株形态对大豆蚜的寄生和天敌捕食的影响。结果表明:大豆所表现的抗蚜性与其植株形态有关。裸大豆2个品种,大豆蚜10d增殖倍数分别为20.00和32.87;有茸毛大豆3个品种,大豆蚜10d增殖倍数分别为17.78,23.44和13.50。24h连续观察异色瓢虫对大豆蚜的影响,在捕食者的数量和发育阶段相同的情况下,瓢虫幼虫捕食量在裸大豆植株上为6.5头/h,在有茸毛大豆上为3.6头/h。The dynamics of the soybean aphid Aphis glycines, fed on glabrous soybean and the pubescent soybean plant, was observed in the laboratory. The results showed that reproductive times of soybean aphids respectively were 20.00 and 32.87 on two glabrous soybean varieties and respectively were 17.78, 13.50 and 23.44 on three pubescent soybean varieties during the experiments of ten days. The effect of Leis axyridis on soybean aphids was successively observed for 24 hours, which showed that the prey amount per Leis axyridis larva was 6.5 aphids per h on glabrous soybean and 3.6 aphids per h on the pubescent soybean under the condition of similar number and developmental stage of predators. The results also indicated that the resistance of pubescent soybean to aphids was related to soybean plant morphology.
