摘　　要：　介绍适用于工业控制的高性能DSP控制器TMS320LF2407及其以该控制器为核心的材料试验机数据处理系统。经实际应用后证明,该系统方案设计合理、性能稳定、可靠性高,切实解决了锦纶帘子布生产过程中对丝线进行抽样检验的实际问题。This paper introduces to be applicable to the high performance DSP controller TMS320LF2407 of the industry control and with that controller for core of material experimental machine data processing system.Through actual applied proof,the system’s project design is reasonable,the function is stable,the reliability is high.The actual problem that sampling examine to the silk thread in the Nylon tyre cord production line is solved.
