摘　　要："全国油气资源分布与勘查工作程度空间数据库管理系统"是采用C/S结构设计,空间图形数据采用VB6.0和ESRI的MapObject组件技术以及ADO组件进行开发,空间属性数据采用Access数据库进行开发。该系统可以安装、运行在各种版本的Windows操作系统下。系统的数据由国家基础地理信息和专业信息组成,其中国家基础地理信息采用国家基础地理信息中心提供的1∶4000000的数据,主要包括政区、铁路、公路、水系和城市五个图层;专业信息包括含油气盆地、油气区块、油气管线、油井和探井等13个图层。在统一的地理坐标系基准上,实现了全国石油资源、天然气资源和煤层气资源分布及油气资源的勘查工作程度空间数据的可视化、管理、属性数据查询和统计分析等功能,适用于管理决策者使用的应用系统。'The nation-wide oil-gas distribution and exploration degree and space database management system' is designed with a C/S structure. Its space graph data will be developed through MapObject (technology) of VB 6.0 and ESRI as well as ADO technology, and its space attribute data will be developed through Access database. This system can be run under the various editions of Windows operating system. The data of the system consists of national basic geographic information and specialized information. The basic information adopting the data of 1∶4 000 000 offered by the national basic geographic information center contains 5 picture layers including administrative districts, railways, highways, water systems and cities. The specialized information contains 13 graph layers including basins of oil-gas, district pieces of oil-gas, pipelines of oil-gas, oil wells and prospect pits. Based on the uniform geographic coordination (standard), the system has realized various advanced functions such as visualization and management of the space data (the distribution of the nation-wide petroleum resource, natural gas resource and coal seam (resource), and the exploration degree of the resource of oil and gas) and the inquiry and statistic analysis of attribute data. It is an application system mainly adopted by decision-makers in the senior management. This paper mainly introduces designing method of graph layers data and relation database, provides basic GIS functions, the management of graph layers and property and the programming thought of two-way (inquiry) and statistical analysis of data.
