摘  要:以4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯(bibp)为客体,通过自组装合成了4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯和环糊精的[3]类轮烷,并通过元素分析,1HNMR,ESI-MS,IR,TG-DSC进行了表征和固体热稳定性等研究,结果表明:由于bibp客体分子链较长,含有两个苯环,所以可穿入两个β-环糊精分子,形成[3]类轮烷.Pseudo-rotaxane and rotaxane are a kind of important assembled supramolecules. They consist of a bead as the host and a string or a chain as the guest threading into the ring of the host. Rotaxane has two stoppers to prevent the host from slipping out from the guest, but pseudo-rotaxane has not or has only one stopper. Common cyclodextrin, crownether and cyclophane can be the host in supramolecular chemistry, and corresponding guests are selected to bond with host via non-covalence interaction and space matching effect. It is interesting to note that under the stimulation of outside electric, photonic signals, host of rotaxane and pseudo- rotaxane can be rotating or moving to cause two states, so they have potential applications in fabricating molecular switch or molecular machine. In this work we synthesized the 4, 4'-(bis(imidazol-1-ylmethylene))biphenyl (bibp), which could be employed as a guest to produce a kind of new β-cyclodextrin pseud-orotaxane. The pseudoro-taxan was characterized by element analysis,ESI-MS, 1D and 2D-~1 HNMR, IR and TG-DSC. The results indicate that bibp can thread two cyclodextrins and form a [ 3 ] pseudorotaxan with β-cyclodextrin due to its long chain and the existence of two phenyls.
