摘　　要：以自己从事国际交换工作的经验和体会出发,以西北大学图书馆国际交换工作为例,论述了国际交换工作的重要作用,以及目前高校图书馆在开展国际交换中存在的问题,并对国际交换工作在新的国际形势下如何开展提出了自己的一些建议和设想。According to the experience of my taking part in the international exchange in the library of Northwest University,and taking international exchange of the library of Northwest University for example, the author discusses the important function of international exchange and the problems existing in the current international exchange of the libraries of colleges and universities, then the author puts forward some of his suggestions and opinions about how to develop international exchange of the libraries of colleges and universities under new situation.
