摘　　要：在我国,农村妇女人数众多,妇女能顶半边天,但与其参与经济建设的程度比较而言,她们参与基层民主的状况甚忧。如何实现农村妇女参与村民自治,让农村妇女参与村务管理,成为改变农村基层民主状况的主要问题,是马克思主义妇女观念的体现,也是尽快实现男女平等基本国策的需要。In china, there are a lot of women in country, who can do the same things as men do. But comparing with that they participating economic construction, the situation they participating democracy at the grassroots level is worrying. How to implement country women participating village people autonomy, letting them participate the regulation of village affairs, becomes main problem of changing the democracy situation at the grassroots level. It is the embodiment of Marxism women ideas and the demand of achieving the basic national strategy such as equality between the sexes.
