摘　　要：单面钢丝网架聚苯板具有质轻、吸水率低、耐候性能好、高弹性能较好、施工简便、不占工期、一次浇筑成型后与墙体结合好、施工安全、冬施不必采取外保温措施、工期短和工效高等优点。施工时将单面钢丝网架聚苯板置于将浇筑的墙体外模内侧,在浇筑墙体时与墙体一次成型。其施工工序主要包括单面钢丝网架聚苯板安装、模板安装、浇筑混凝土、拆模、聚苯板外墙抹灰、刷涂料和贴面砖等。该技术适用于需冬季保温或夏季隔热、外墙为现浇钢筋混凝土墙体的建筑。Polyphenyl plate reinforced with single steel mesh has the advantages of light weight, low water absorption, good weather resistance, high elastics, simple construction, no influence on construction period, well combination with wall after shaped by one-time-concreting, safe construction, unnecessary to take insulating measures in winter construction, short construction period and high work efficiency and etc. In the construction, the single mesh, which is first put inside the external formwork of the wall to be concreted, will be jointed with the wall by one-time-concreting. The construction procedure covers installation of the polyphenyl plate, erection of formwork, concreting, formwork dismantling, plastering on the external polyphenyl plate, painting and sticking tile and etc. This technology is applicable for the buildings that need thermal insulation in winter and summer, and external wall of which is of in-situ reinforced concrete.
