摘 要:目的 研究炒紫苏子醇提取物对小鼠抗应激作用的影响。方法 15月龄小鼠随机分组,分别为炒紫苏子醇提物269、134、67 mg/kg三个剂量组,十全大补阳性对照组和溶媒15月龄小鼠及25日龄小鼠阴性对照组。以上各组连续灌胃21次后,采用耐脑缺氧实验、抗疲劳实验、常压耐缺氧实验和耐高温实验检测炒紫苏子提取物的抗应激作用。结果 炒紫苏子269 mg/kg剂量组和溶媒15月龄小鼠阴性对照组相比可显著提高耐脑缺氧能力、抗疲劳能力、常压耐缺氧能力和耐高温能力(P<0.01或P<0.05);炒紫苏子134 mg/kg剂量组和溶媒15月龄小鼠阴性对照组比较,可显著提高耐脑缺氧能力、常压耐缺氧能力和耐高温能力(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 炒紫苏子醇提取物能显著提高小鼠抗不良应激的能力。Objective To study the effect of EtOH ext. from roasted perilla seed against various stress in mice. Methods 15 month-old mice of Kunming species were divided into 5 groups in random. After ig 21 times, the effects of EtOH ext. from roasted perilla seed against various stress in mice were measured with brain hypoxia tolerance, fatigue resistance, normal hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance abilities assay. Results The 269 mg/kg EtOH ext. from roasted perilla seed could significantly promote the brain hypoxia tolerance, the fatigue resistance abilities, normal hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance abilities (P<0.01 or P<0.05 respectively). While the 134 mg/kg dose could also significantly promote the brain hypoxia tolerance, normal hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance abilities (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion The EtOH ext. from roasted perilla seed could enhance the resistance against various stress in mice, including brain hypoxia tolerance, fatigue resistance, normal hypoxia tolerance and heat resistance abilities.
