荧光光谱法直接测定饲料中的土霉素

摘　　要：土霉素 (OTC)属四环素类抗生素 ,常被用作饲料添加剂 ,但若用量过多 ,动物组织中也将残留一定量的抗生素 ,危害人类的健康 .为此 ,寻找一种简单、灵敏、快速、准确的测定分析方法 ,就成了有效控制过量OTC残留畜产品的关键 .实验证明 ,采用荧光光谱法直接进行测定 ,当以乙醇为溶剂 ,激发波长 395nm ,发射波长 5 1 4nm时 ,标准曲线的线性范围是5 .0× 1 0 - 8～ 2 .5× 1 0 - 5g/mL ,其线性回归方程为y=0 .2 38x+ 0 .463,相关系数为 0 .9936.对实验样品测定的相对标准偏差为 0 .1 7% .The oxytetracyline (OTC) is the tetracyclin class antibiotic. It is often used as forage additive, but if too much bused, an amount of antibiotic remains in the animal tissue. Essential it is to find a simple, sensitive, fast and accurate measurement, to control excessive remaining in OTC. The experiment has proved that fluorometric spectroscopic analysis can be directly applicable: when ethanol is the solvent; laser wavelength 395nm; launch wavelength 514 nm, the standard linearity range of the curve is 5.0×10 -8 ～2.5×10 -5 g/mL, the equation of linear regression is y=0.238x+0.463, correlative coefficient is 0.9936.
