摘　　要：赛米控公司提出的SKYPER概念为不同的IGBT模块和控制器之间提供了一个灵活且可扩展的接口。该驱动电路非常简单易用,可作为任何变换器的驱动方案。The SKYPER driver concept constitutes a flexible and expandable interface between different IGBT modules and the controller with focus on the basic function of an IGBT gate driver and the possibility to control the IGBT with very few base signals.This fits to the demand of inverter developer who want to use a simple gate driver solutions in their system.
