摘　　要：陕西高等教育已进入了一个快速的发展时期。如何按照十六大提出的"坚持以人为本,全面、协调、持续发展"的科学发展观发展陕西高等教育,是我们需要研究的重要课题。本文主要从适度超前的发展战略,以外延式为主的发展战略和以多层次、有侧重分类发展为主的发展战略等三个方面,对这一问题进行了论述。Shaanxi higher education has entered a new stage.It is an important problem of how to develop Shaanxi higher education according to the scientic development idea of persisting in humanism,coordinatech,all-round,sustainable development posed by the party at the sixteenth session.This paper discusses the problem from moderate advance,extension-oriented,mutiple-levels,emphasized,classified and other stralegies.
