摘  要: 对环己醇/环己酮氧化合成己二酸的钨酸钠催化剂及加入的配体进行筛选.选择可变因子设计正交试验,对结果进行方差分析,找出主要影响因素:配体种类、配体用量、反应时间和催化剂用量,同时优化了反应条件.磺基水杨酸为配体且用量为1.8mmol、醇/酮为1/2、催化剂用量为2.0mmol、反应时间为8h时,己二酸收率达到76.6%.Na_2WO_4·2H_2O catalyst for cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone to adipic acid and its operation condition were screened by orthogonal experiments designed upon basis of selected variables. Variance analysis was made on the results, the major influential factors were obtained: the kind of ligands, the amount of ligand, reaction time and amount of the catalyst and reaction condition optimised. Adipic acid yield of 76.6 % was attained under the optimum condition: the amount of sulphosalicylic acid is 1.8 mmol, cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone is 1/2, the amount of catalyst is 2.0 mmol and reaction time is 8 h.
