摘  要:研究了用纯铝锭和电解低钛铝合金锭为母材生产的ZL10 8合金 ,其微观组织中铁相的形态以及钛含量对铁相形态和性能的影响。随着合金中钛含量的变化 ,铁相形态和体积均发生变化 :由含钛 0 .0 0 96%时的鱼骨状转化为含钛 0 .13 0 %时的汉字状 ;在钛含量为 0 .168%时 ,铁相呈较小的汉字状 ,抗拉强度 3 81MPa ;随着钛含量的继续增大 ,组织中出现体积增大了的鱼骨状和汉字状铁相 。The iron compound phase morphologies and effect of Ti content on iron compound phase morphologies and mechanical properties are studied in ZL108 alloy which is produced by the pure aluminum ingot and the electrolytic low-titanium aluminum alloy ingot. The iron compound phase morphologies and volume change while the Ti content changes in the ZL108 alloy. The iron compound phase morphologies become chinese shape in microstructure of the ZL108 alloy containing 0.130%Ti as originally they are fish bone shape in microstructure of the ZL108 alloy containing 0.009 6%Ti.When it contains 0.168%Ti in the ZL108 alloy, the iron compound phase morphologies are smaller chinese shape, the ultimate tensile strength 381MPa.With growth of Ti content, the greater volume of the iron compound phase morphologies like fish bone shape and chinese characters shape is observed, both strength and ductility are decreasing.
