摘　　要：采用水平连铸球铁型材加工后经等温淬火获得ADI剪切刀片 ,用其取代采用T10钢经热处理的传统剪切刀片 ,取得成功。同样工况下 ,刀片的使用寿命提高 1.2 4倍 ,综合成本降低 5 5 %。This paper described that continuous cast iron ADI replaced T10 steel by quench as the Scissors of shearing machine. According to lots of test data, the results are wonderful . As the same working condition, the life of ADI Scissors increase 1.24 times compare with T10 steel, and the synthesize cost decrease 55%. This is a typical instance that continuous cast iron ADI replaced carbon steel.
