摘 要:采用水动力学方法建立河道型水库库区洪水演进模型,解决实时洪水调度中的动库容问题.引入动态边界条件的概念,将计算过程分为模拟计算阶段与实时预报调度阶段,在实时洪水调度过程中根据计算的不同阶段采用相应的边界条件.利用河道型水库的实际库容(动库容)按静库容曲线反推求得水库的代表水位,根据代表水位准确地计算出水库的动库容.最后以水口水库为例,分析了水库动库容对实时洪水调度的影响.A flood routing model for river-type reservoirs was developed to calculate the dynamic reservoir capacity during the real-time flood regulation based on the hydrodynamic method. By introduction of the concept of dynamic boundary condition, the calculating process was divided into the simulation stage and real-time flood forecast and regulation stage, and different boundary conditions were adopted at different stages. The representative water level of reservoirs deduced by the static reservoir capacity curve was used for accurate calculation of the dynamic capacity of reservoirs. Finally, the influence of the dynamic reservoir capacity on the real-time flood regulation was analyzed for the Shuikou Reservoir.
