《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》1994～2003年引文统计分析及评价

摘　　要：应用文献计量学方法,对《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》1994～2003年间发表的1473篇论文所引用的6356条引文的数量、类型、语种、普赖斯指数、自引比例及引文中的主要中文期刊进行统计分析和定量研究,探索该刊引文的数量特征及其蕴含的情报价值,揭示作者对文献信息的掌握及利用规律.统计结果表明:《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》的年载文量、年引文量和引文率10年间总体呈现上升趋势,平均引文量为4 32条,引文率为94 2%,自引比例为5 5%;引文类型主要是期刊和图书,各占53 71%和34 63%;引文语种主要是汉语和英语,各占65 39%和34 09%;2003年《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》普赖斯指数为59 24%,比前面9年(普赖斯指数介于30%～40%之间)有较大幅度提高;位居《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》所涉及的研究主题贡献较大的核心区刊物有19种.Based on the document metrology, a statistical analysis was performed on the quantities, patterns, language varieties, Price index, and self-citing ratio of 6?356 citations as well as the main periodicals in Chinese in them, which were cited in 1?473 papers in 'Journal of Hohai University (Natural Science)' from 1994 to 2003, so as to find out the quantitative characteristics and information value of the citations and investigate the reality that authors grasped and utilized the citations. It was found that the annual quantity of papers carried in the journal, the annual quantity of citations, and the citing ratio of each year showed an ascending trend during the past 10 years, the mean quantity of citations being 4.32, the citing ratio being 94.2%, and the self-citing ratio being 5.5%, that the main citations were periodicals and books, which accounted for 53.71% and 34.63% respectively, and that the citations were mainly written in Chinese or English, which accounted for 65.39% and 34.09% respectively. It was also indicated that the Price index of the journal was 59.24% for 2003, which was greatly improved as compared with those of the 9 years before (the values being in the range of 30%—40%). Besides, 19 kinds of periodicals ranking at top of the quantity of the citations were given.
