摘 要: 对YSBH-02型分子筛催化剂上异丙醇与苯常压气相烷基化合成异丙苯的工艺过程进行了实验研究。以单因素实验法考察了温度(200~340℃),苯/醇摩尔比(4.5~15.5)和液相空速(5~50h-1)对烷基化反应的影响,并基于正交实验设计综合考察了温度、苯/醇比和液相空速对烷基化规律和产物分布的影响。结果表明,YSBH-02型分子筛催化剂对异丙醇与苯气相烷基化具有良好的催化活性和选择性;较为适宜的烷基化条件为:温度280℃,苯/醇摩尔比13∶1,液相空速9h-1。The experimental investigation of gas phase alkylation of isopropanol with benzene over YSBH-02 zeolite catalyst was carried out at atmospheric pressure. The effects of temperature (200~340℃), benzene/isopropanol mole ratio (4.5~15.5) and liquid space velocity (5~50h^(-1)) on the alkylation process were studied by the single-factor test method respectively. The global influence of them on the alkylation reaction and product distribution was also studied by means of orthogonal test (L_(16)(4~5)). The results showed that YSBH-02 zeolite catalyst has a well catalytic activity and high selectivity on the gas phase alkylation of isopropanol with benzene. The appropriate synthetical conditions of cumene are:temperature 280℃, benzene/isopropanol mole ratio 13∶1 and liquid space velocity 9h^(-1).
