摘  要:采用双压电晶片振子为移动机构的驱动源,提出可以实现二维平面移动的新型压电驱动机构。分析了压电驱动机构的工作特点,探讨了实现驱动运动的工作机理。指出该机构是通过控制机构驱动"足"产生的驱动力和接触面之间的摩擦力之差实现机构的定向运动的。设计研制了新型二维压电移动机构的载物工作台实验装置,并进行了实验研究。实验证明该装置可以实现沿规定方向的运动,并可以通过电路设计进行控制,且具有一定的承载能力。A new type of the PZT driving device to realize the planar movement by using the bimorph oscillator as the driver was presented. The performance characteristic of the driving device was introduced and its working mechanism was discussed. It was revealed that the device realized the directional movement by controlling the difference between the driving force of device leg and the friction force of interfaces. An experimental device of PZT locomotive carrying platform was developed and the tests were performed. Results proved that the device is really able to move directionally with allowable load under control of appropriately designed electric circuit.
