摘　　要：收入分配问题一直是人们关注的重大经济问题之一,收入分配不仅影响生产的效率,而且影响人们的切身利益,影响社会和谐稳定。我国目前居民收入分配的不均已达到相当严重的程度,对此必须给予高度的重视。因而深入研究和认识收入分配差距的现状、成因,出台一系列相应的政策措施是全面建设小康社会的重要任务之一。the individual income is one of the most important matters in any state.It influences the production,the benefits of any person and the stability of the society as well.The unbalanced distribution in China is severe now,which need our attention.If we want to build China into a better off society,we have to study the present situations and put out a series of countermeasures to improve the distribution.
