东北、内蒙古林区多种经营的研究

摘　　要：该文在对东北、内蒙古林区多种经营的发展历程和现状进行分析的基础上 ,针对林区多种经营过程中存在的问题及其产生的原因进行阐述 ,提出存在多种经营的规模和经营水平不平衡 ,林区干部和职工对多种经营的认识不一 ,缺少多种经营所需要的生产技术服务和资金及生产经营的组织和管理模式不健全等问题。同时提出在发展多种经营过程中存在的对非林木资源的破坏问题 ,并提出相应的建议。Based on an analysis of the historical development procedures and the present situation of the diversified businesses in China's northeastern forest regions,the paper studies the existing problems and reasons in the development of the diversified businesses,pointing out the imbalance between the scale of diversified businesses and the operating level,the disagreement in perception and understanding of the diversified operation between cadres and other staff members,the lack of productive technical services and funds needed in diversified operation,the incompleteness of production/operation organizations and management models,etc.It discusses the damage done to the non\|wood forest resources in the course of developing diversified businesses.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
