摘　　要：介绍了AD公司最新的DDS芯片-AD9952的基本原理和主要性能,提出了由AD9952为主,构成宽频带、低相噪频率源的方案,使用CPLD作为控制电路。对如何提高DDS输出频谱纯度进行了探讨,并给出电路解决方案。Basic theory and main performance of AD9952, the newest product of ADI Corporation, are introduced in this paper. A scheme that uses AD9952 to realize wide band and low phase noise frequency source by CPLD as a control circuit is presented. The paper discusses on DDS spectrum purity improvement, and gives the circuit scheme.
