摘　　要：从沉积物的潜在降解活性、外加不同碳源后一定时间内所得到的多环芳烃降解菌的数量及其生物总量这几方面,对泉州湾海域沉积物中微生物对多环芳烃的降解活性进行研究,以期对泉州湾海域的污染有更深的了解,找到更好的方法对沿海多环芳烃污染进行治理.In order to make a deep understanding of PAHs pollutants in Quanzhou Bay and find a better way to treat them, the bacterial biodegradation activities on PAHs in deposition of Quanzhou bay are studied in aspects of potential degrading activities of the deposition, number of biodegradation bacteria and biomass after adding different carbon source in a definite period.
