摘 要:本项研究利用卫星搭载水稻核不育系培矮 64S进行太空诱变 ,并将此与60 Coγ辐射处理进行初步比较。研究中发现 ,在M2 代太空处理的白化苗率远远高于60 Coγ处理的 ;而花粉不育率两种处理的结果比较相近 ;株高和生育期方面的变异频率大致相当。从选育新型的核不育系的目标出发 ,系统地分析了异交率提高的幅度及异交率提高的遗传原因 ,并对高异交率核不育系生产应用中承担自然风险进行了初步评估。The nucleus sterile line Peiai 64S was boarded on satellite in order to breed mutants, 60 Co γ ray irradiation as a comparison treatment.The whitenessed seedling rate of M 2 of the space treatment is much higher than that of the 60 Co γ ray treatment.There is no significant difference in variance frequency of the seedling height and the bearing period of M 2 between the treatments.The whitenessed seedling rate and the sterile pollen rate of M 2 of both treatments are higher than control.For the purpose of the nucleus sterile lines breeding, the possible scale of increasing heterogamy rate,the genetic reasons for the increased outcrossing rate are pointed out.The risk on the application of the nucleus sterile lines with high outcrossing rate in production is also primarily evaluated.The results show that space induction is an effective way for rice breeding.
