摘　　要：论述了中国教育电视台远程教育传输平台前端系统的基本结构,并着重从MPEG-2应用的角度分析了其中的“数字电视编码系统”和“再复用系统”,并指出利用此传输平台可开发出更多的广播电视和远程教育应用。This paper presents the basic building blocks of Satellite Transmission Platform for distance education in China Educational Television Station. From the angle of the application of MPEG-2, it analyzes in detail the'Digital Video System' and 'Remultiplex System' of the platform. In view of technology application, this paper points out that many more sophisticated TV and distance learning applications can be developed on the platform.
