摘 要:介绍了一种新的基于单片机和FPGA的可编程的驱动电路系统。在该系统中,偏置电压的产生和调节是利用单片机控制来实现的;而对于脉冲驱动,则先由FPGA产生初始的脉冲驱动波形,而后结合单片机对其进行电平提升和转换,最终得到符合要求的驱动脉冲信号。实验结果表明,该系统较传统的设计具有精度高、灵活性强以及体积小和功耗低等特点。A new design of programable drive circuit based on SCM & FPGA is presented in this paper.In the system,the generation and adjustment of the bias voltage are realized under the control of the SCM.Moreover,for implementation of the pulse-driving signals,an original pulse-driving waveform,which consistent with the requirement of timing and phase,is generated by the FPGA,then its voltage level is promoted and transformed by the SCM and analog switch,and finally the pulse-driving signal according with the specification is achieved.Compared with the traditional designs,the system is provided with the characteristic of high precision,high flexibility,small size and low power consumption,which is validated by the experimental results for 128×128 IRFPA.
