摘　　要：本文分析了矿权的法律特征和资产属性 ,并对我国的矿权市场结构进行了探析 ,总结出我国矿权市场管理存在的主要问题 ,并提出了相关的一些对策建议 ,为进一步规范我国的矿权市场 。The article analyzes law character and assets attribute of the mining property rights and the framework of the mining property rights in China,summarizing the main problem of the mining property rights management,and putting forward the correlative countermeasure and advice,which puts further forward our mining property rights and bases the character of national resource ensuring sustainable developemt.
