摘 要:为了阻止金属离子向体液中游离和改善纯钛植入体的生物相容性 ,采用复合氧化法 ,即将预阳极氧化及微弧氧化相结合的方法 ,对纯钛试件进行表面改性。用X射线衍射仪 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)和SEM附带的能谱仪 (EDS)对薄膜的相组成和形貌进行了分析和观测 ;用MH 3型显微硬度测试计和WS 97型划痕仪对薄膜的硬度和结合强度进行了测试。结果表明 :复合氧化法可以制备出表面多孔、内层致密的二氧化钛梯度薄膜 ,致密的锐钛矿型二氧化钛薄膜的厚度约为 0 .7μm ,多孔的锐钛矿和金红石混合型薄膜的厚度约为 1.7μm。薄膜的表面硬度为 3 70 .0HV0 .2 ,与基体的结合强度为 5 2 .7N。用复合氧化法制备的多孔二氧化钛梯度薄膜可有效地阻止金属离子的溶出 ,促进细胞的黏附和生长 。In order to prevent metal ions dissociating into body fluid and improving the bio compatibility of pure titanium implant, the surface of pure titanium specimen was modified by a compound method of pre anodic oxidation and micro arc oxidation. Phase construction, element composition and morphology of the films were explored by using SEM, EDS and XRD methods. Micro hardness of the film was tested using a MH 3 micro hardness tester. Bond strength of the film was detected using a WS 97 scotching machine. The results show that a porous gradient film is prepared by the complex method of pre anodic oxidation and micro arc oxidation on pure titanium surface. The thickness of the dense layer is about 0.7 μm. The thickness of the porous layer is about 1.7 μm. The surface micro hardness of the film is 370.0 HV 0.2 . The bond strength of the film is 52.7 N. This gradient film can effectively prevent metal ion dissociating into body fluid and improve cell bone adhesion and proliferation. It will have extensive usage in clinic application.
