摘 要:研究了一种新型羧酸类萃取剂仲壬基苯氧基乙酸在盐酸体系中对钪 (Ⅲ )的萃取性能及机制。考察了酸度、萃取剂浓度、氯离子浓度等条件对萃取率的影响。实验发现 ,7.0 4× 10 - 3mol·L- 1 CA 10 0在pH 3 .85时能够定量萃取钪。通过斜率法、恒摩尔系列法和饱和容量法确定了萃合物的组成为ScA3。利用红外光谱分析了萃合物成键特牲 ,结果证明COO- 参与了配位。萃取反应机制为阳离子交换反应。提出了酸性条件下萃取反应方程式。为从实际矿样中萃取分离钪 (Ⅲ )The extraction behavior and mechanism of scandium from hydrochloric acid solutin with sec nonylphenoxy acetic acid (CA 100), which is a novel organic extractant were studied. Effects of the initial pH, extractant concentration and Cl - concentration on percentage of extraction were investigated. It is found that scandium(Ⅲ) is quantitativlely extracted with 7 04×10 -3 mol·L -1 CA 100 at pH 3.85. The stoichiometry of the extracted species of scandium (Ⅲ) is determined using the slope analysis method, constant molecular series method and saturation capacity method. Scandium was extracted into organic phase in the ScA 3 form. The IR spectrometry was used to elucidate the bonding character of the species, and it confirmed that COO - taks part in coordingation. The extraction reaction proceeds via a cation exchange. This paper provides a theoretical reference for extraction of scandium(Ⅲ) from real samples.
