山茱萸药材指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：以乙腈-磷酸梯度洗脱,用高效液相色谱法建立山茱萸药材的指纹图谱。用方法学考察,表明其精密度高,重现性好。实验测定多批样品图谱,共确定10个共有指纹峰,采用相关系数法计算不同样品指纹图谱之间相似度,结果表明指纹图谱相似度大小与药材品质有关。Fingerprints of Macrocarpium officinale was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the study. Gradient mobile system was applied with acetonitrile - phosphoric acid and the methodological experiments showed high precision and good repeatability. There are 10 common fingerprint peaks were identified after many samples were determined. The similarity among different samples was compared by calculating correlation coeffcients, which was correlated with the quality of the herb.
