摘　　要：从顶羽菊(CentaurearepensL.)中分离得到10个化合物,经光谱分析、化学方法及与已知化合物对照,鉴定它们分别为:三十四碳酸(1)、豆甾-7-烯-3-醇(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、5-羟基-6-甲基7-O-α-D-半乳吡喃糖双氢黄酮苷(5)、2,4-二(邻甲基偶氮苯)-萘酚-1(6)、β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、洋芹素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、洋芹素(9)、山奈素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。其中化合物(6)是首次从天然界获得的。Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Centaurea repens . By means of spectroscopic (IR,UV,MR,MS) analysis and chemical reaction ,their structures were elucidated as tetratria contanoic acid(1), β-stigmast-7-en-3-ol(2),β-sitosterol(3), 5-hydroxy-6, 7-dimethoxy flavone(4), 5-hydroxy-6-methylflavanone-7-O-α-D-galacopyranoside(5), 2,4-bis(o-tolylazo) naphtha-1-ol(6),β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside(7), apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(8), apingenin(9), and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glocoside (10). Compound (6)was isolated as natural product for the first time.
