摘  要:采用水热处理的方法对Hβ沸石改性 ,制备出改性Hβ沸石醚化催化剂 .在温度 70℃、压力 0 8MPa、醇烯摩尔比 1 0 5、空速 1 0h-1的反应条件下对改性催化剂进行醚化活性评价 .系统考察了水热处理条件对Hβ沸石催化剂醚化活性的影响 .结果表明 ,随着处理苛刻度的增大 ,催化剂的醚化活性呈现先升后降的趋势 .水热处理温度对催化剂活性的影响最大 .在 30 0℃、 1h、氮气与水蒸气分压比 1 0、水空速 0 4h-1的条件下 ,水热处理提高了Hβ沸石的催化活性 ,叔碳烯烃的转化率为 5 7 4 8% .水热处理Hβ沸石经酸洗后醚化活性进一步提高 ,叔碳烯烃的转化率达 5 9 17% .对经过水热处理后的Hβ沸石进行金属Mo改性 ,叔碳烯烃转化率达到6 0 81% .A new type catalyst for etherification of Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) light gasoline with methanol was prepared by modifying Hβ zeolite using the hydrothermal treatment method. The effects of hydrothermal parameters on etherification activities were investigated. Evaluation of the etherification activities of modified catalysts were conducted in a fixed-bed reactor in the conditions of temperature 70°C, CH3OH and tert-olefin molar ratio 1.0, LHSV 1 h-1 and pressure 0.8 MPa. The results showed that the etherification activity of the modified catalyst changed with operation severity, increasing to a maximum with subsequent decrease. Among the factors affecting the etherification activity of the catalyst, steaming temperature was the most important. The optimum steaming conditions were 300°C, LHSV(H2O) 0.4h-1, p(N2) /p(H2O) 1.0 and treating time 1 h, under which the conversion of tert-olefins was 57. 48 %. Acid-leaching of the steamed Hβ zeolite could improve its etherification activity and the conversion of tert-olefins could reach 59.17%. By modifying the steamed Hβ zeolite with Mo, the conversion of tert-olefins reached 60.81%.
