摘  要:用流式细胞术测定婴幼儿哮喘、婴幼儿肺炎、婴幼儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿外周血淋巴细胞CD19、CD19+ CD2 3+ 表达 ,用化学发光免疫法测定其血清总IgE水平 ,以探索婴幼儿呼吸道疾病时B淋巴细胞及其活化状况。结果表明 ,婴幼儿哮喘组CD19+ 、CD19+ CD2 3+ 表达、血清总IgE水平明显增高 ,婴幼儿肺炎、婴幼儿急性上呼吸道感染无升高 ;婴幼儿哮喘组CD19的表达阳性率和绝对值分别与CD19+ CD2 3+ 表达阳性率和绝对值均呈正相关。提示婴幼儿哮喘存在明显的B淋巴细胞数量增多及活化异常 。In a prospective trial, the expression s of CD19 and the CD19+CD23+ cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes from infants with asthma, pneumonia and acute upper respiratory infections as well as the healthy non-atopic infants were analyzed by flow cytometery, and their serum total IgE levels were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The results showed that the expressions of CD19 and the CD19+CD23+ cells were markedly increased in infants with asthma in comparison with those of healthy non-atopic infants, and the similar condition was observed in case of the serum total IgE levels. But there were no any increases of these parameters in cases of infants suffered from pneumonia and upper respiratory diseases. The positive rates and the absolute values of CD19 expression in infants with asthma showed positive correlation with those of the CD19+CD23+ cell expression. These results suggest that the increase in the numbers of B lymphocytes and alterations of activation exist in infants with asthma, but these were not found in cases with pneumonia and upper respiratory infections.
