摘　　要：本文分析了我国乡镇企业发展面临的新的市场竞争环境和新情况,以及政策、产权、企业素质、布局、环境污染、产业结构、人才等方面出现的问题;从机制创新、空间布局、结构优化、园区和小城镇建设、市场方面,提出了乡镇企业发展的主要对策。Township and village enterprises are faced with the new market competition environment and new situation, such as ,policies, property rights, enterprise qualities, layout, environmental pollution,industrial structure, and competent people.The authors put forward measures for township and village enterprises on mechanism innovation, layout, optimizing industrial structure, small towns construction and market.
