摘　　要：介绍了气体辅助注塑成型技术的工艺过程和特点,阐述了气体辅助注塑产品和模具设计的基本思路,尤以彩色电视机前壳模具为例进行了具体的分析.注塑计算机辅助工程学(CAE)技术是CAE技术中一个重要的组成部分,介绍了目前气体辅助注塑成型工艺中的难点及CAE分析技术.The fundamental process and the characteristics of gas-assisted injection molding technology are stated. The basic ideas of designing plastic product and molds with gas-assisted injection molding technology are demonstrated with the mold designing of a color TV cabinet taken as an example for analysis. As an important part of computer aided engineering (CAE), the plastic injection CAE technology is introduced in order to solve some technical problems in gas-assisted injection molding process.
