大樱桃脱毒及检测技术研究进展

摘　　要：简要阐述了大樱桃病毒病的危害,对其脱毒方法及检测技术进行了详细的论述.目前常用的脱毒方法包括茎尖培养、热处理和化学处理;常用的病毒检测方法有指示植物法、酶联免疫法和分子生物学技术.The harmfulness of sweet cherry virus disease is explained. The techniques to eradicate and detect viruses in cerasus avium are introduced in detail. Shoot-tip culture in vitro, thermotherapy and chemotherapy are common ways to eradicate viruses. Indicator plants, ELISA and molecular techniques are commonly used to detect viruses.
