摘 要:本文对狐米草进行NaCl、ABA、PEG-6000三种胁迫处理后,在不同时间段分别收集叶片,用高盐溶液处理,然后测定一些与抗生相关的生理生化指标,并用统计学逐步回归的方法进行抗胁迫相关蛋白的推测.结果表明,每种处理对狐米草各生理生化指标均有不同程度的影响,且能够使蛋白含量发生变化,其中表观相对分子量为40.5kDa、39.5kDa、38kDa、36kDa的蛋白与狐米草抗胁迫能力有相关性.同时证明,狐米草存在交叉适应现象,用低浓度盐和ABA处理的狐米草能不同程度的抵高浓度盐胁迫.Spartina patens was treated with NaCl, ABA and PEG-6000, respectively, and their leaves were collected at different time. Then they were treated with higher concentrated NaCl, we measured some physiological and biochemical characteristics, then we confirmed stress-relative proteins with stepwise regreesion model. The results indicated that differenttreatments could change the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Spartina patens and the content of a series of proteins. Some of them including X8(40. 5kDa),X9(39. 5kDa), X10(38kDa),X12(36kDa)Could enhance the ability of stress resistance of Spartina patens. At the same time it was proved that Spartina patens treated with lower concentrated NaCl or ABA before high concentrated NaCl has stronger ability of stress resistance than controls.
