摘 要:分别于 2 0 0 3年 1- 5月 (旱季 )和 7- 11月 (雨季 )在海南大田国家级自然保护区围栏内采集海南坡鹿Cervuseldihainanus主要采食的草本和灌木类饲草各 18种 ,根据坡鹿野外采食饲草的频次和食谱制备坡鹿的“混合饲草”样本。在采食场内按坡鹿种群组成比例采集并制备坡鹿的粪便样本。用内源指示剂 (AIA)法测定坡鹿对混合饲草常规养分的表观消化率。结果显示 ,按旱季和雨季的平均值 ,坡鹿对无氮浸出物(NFE)、粗蛋白 (CP)、粗脂肪 (EE)、粗纤维 (CF)和粗灰分 (Ash)的表观消化率分别为 5 5 18% ,5 3 5 7% ,4 3 11% ,39 0 9%和 37 4 2 %。研究表明 ,坡鹿在旱季对粗纤维、粗蛋白和粗灰分的消化率分别为 38 0 0 % ,5 2 2 5 %和 35 4 6 % ,分别显著低于雨季的 4 0 18% ,5 4 90 %和 39 30 % 。The proximate nutrients digestibility of the forage grazed by Hainan eld’s deer were studied in Hainan Datian National Nature Reserve. Forage samples of 36 species (18 grass and 18 shrub species), grazed by the eld’s deer in regularity, were collected from the enclosure, and the eld’s deer diet samples were composed according to the feeding frequency and the diet of the eld’s deer. The dung samples were collected from the eld’s deer habitat and then composed according to the ratio of the eld’s deer population. Proximate nutrients digestibility was determined by the method of AIA. The results showed that the digestibility of nitrogen-free extract (NFE), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), and Ash were 55.18%, 53.56%, 43.11%, 39.09% and 37.42%, respectively. The study revealed that in dry season the digestibility of CF, CP and Ash were 38.00%, (52.25%) and 35.46%, respectively; significantly lower than 40.18%, 54.90% and 39.30% in wet season, the reason was that in dry season the eld’s deer ate more crude fibre which lead to the decrease of nutrient digestibility.
