典型区域性网络化协同设计制造平台系统研究

摘　　要：针对区域制造业多行业分布的特征 ,以及中小企业需求分析和区域技术资源分布状况的分析 ,提出了区域网络化协同设计制造平台的方案 ,进而讨论了资源导航台、多专业技术平台、企业窗口三层构架的平台关键技术与运行管理模式 ,并以面向机电产品的专业协同设计与制造平台的构建和应用为例说明了平台的实现过程与运行。The architecture of regional network-based cooperative design and manufacturing platform had been established, with the requirement analyses of small and medium-sized enterprises from multi-sectors of local industries, and the conditions of the distributed regional technical and service resources. Then, the key techniques, the operating and managing modes of three-layer-framework system composed of the resources-navigation-platform, multi-professional technique platform and the enterprise-e-windows had been discussed. Finally, the realizing process and the running mode of the regional cooperation design and manufacture network platform system are demonstrated with the construction and implementation for one of sub-platforms to local mechanical and electronic products.
