摘　　要：微卫星标记具有数量多、在基因组中分布广、多态性丰富,呈孟德尔式共显性遗传、检测快速方便等优点、在动物遗传育种中显示出较好的发展前景。本文综述了微卫星标记及其在动物遗传育种中的应用。Microsatellite markers are the large of number,wide distribution,abundant polymorphic alleles,Mendelina cod-ominant inheritonce,easy and fast detection and present a good prospects in Animal genetic breeding.The article sum-mariae the applicatins of microsatellite markers in inherent breeding.
