活血通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效及不良反应。方法将34例糖尿病合并周围神经病变的患者随机分为2组。治疗组16例,予活血通脉胶囊4粒/次,每日3次;对照组18例,予维生素B120mg/次、腺苷辅酶B12500μg/次,每日3次。均口服4周。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组有效率44.40%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。正中神经和腓总神经运动传导速度(MCV),正中神经和腓浅神经感觉传导速度(SCV)4项神经传导速度,治疗组治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。药物治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论活血通脉胶囊是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效且安全的药物。Objective To observe the curative and harmful effect of Huoxuetongmai Capsules on diabetic neuropathy. Method To divide randomly 34 cases into two groups. Group 1 with 16 cases was given Huoxuetongmai Capsules orally with 4 capsules once and 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Group 2 with 18 cases was given orally VB1 with 20mg once and VB12 with 500mg once and 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Result Group 1 had a total effective rate of 87.5% and Group 2 had that of 44.4%. There was a significant difference (P<0.05). There was also a significant difference in conduction velocity of medianus nerve and peronaeus communis nerve, medianus nerve and peronaeus superficialis nerve in Group 1 before and after treatment (P<0.05). Harmful effect was not seen during the treatment. Conclusion Huoxuetongmai Capsules is an effective and safe medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
